As 2025 comes to a close, Synergex Med reflects on a year defined by meaningful growth, expanded access, and continued commitment to patient-centered care. This past year was focused on building a stronger network, one designed to improve coordination, clarity, and in-person care across multiple states. Every milestone reached in 2025 was guided by the same objective: delivering dependable healthcare where and when it is needed most.
Throughout the year, Synergex Med expanded its physical footprint to more than 8 locations across California, Arizona, and North Carolina, bringing care closer to the communities we serve. This expansion allows patients and partners to access in-person evaluations more easily, reducing barriers to timely care and improving overall continuity across regions.
Alongside this growth, our provider network continued to strengthen. In 2025, we welcomed more than five new providers with expertise spanning Pain Management, Neurology, Neuropsychology, Psychiatry, and Psychology. These additions enhance our ability to support a wide range of patient needs while reinforcing our commitment to multidisciplinary, coordinated care.
This year also marked the introduction of two new specialties: Psychiatry and Psychology. By expanding into these areas, Synergex Med is better positioned to support both physical and mental health needs, ensuring a more comprehensive approach to patient care within our growing network.
To further support efficiency and coordination, we introduced a new referral form designed to be faster, clearer, and more organized. This tool helps streamline the referral process for providers and improves the overall experience for patients by reducing delays and improving communication.
In addition, we launched an interactive map that brings together our locations, providers, and specialties in one centralized place. This tool improves visibility across our multi-state network and makes it easier for patients and partners to identify appropriate care options quickly and confidently.
